Started Health Social Care Partnerships Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova UK Applying for a grant - getting started Health and Social Care Partnerships funds partnership projects between health and social care organisations in Russia and Moldova and organisations in the UK: all applications must be joint projects and involve a transfer of knowledge. Further information is included in the Application Guidelines . Selecting a partner. Partner organisation should be eligible organisations, which either have joint projects, or are providing a specified service or particular expertise to the piece of work for which HSCP funding is requested. The HSCP can provide some limited assistance in identifying suitable partner organisation, please contact the scheme administrators for further details. Each organisation's roles and responsibilities must be clearly stated. Identify a suitable project with your partner. Read the guidelines and ensure your project is eligible. HSCP can assist in developing new partnerships and projects through the provision of a Small Grant (up to �2,000) which is intended to allow new partners to meet and develop their ideas and project proposals. Previous success in attracting a grant (or more than one) from the HSCP or other DFID grant schemes does not imply that future applications will be successful. Applicants should not commit themselves to purchase of travel tickets or beginning work until they have received a funding agreement from HSCP. The guidelines for applicants and the application form ask a series of questions that must be answered in full by both partners. All supplementary information should be enclosed with the application, and received by the deadline date. Complete ALL SECTIONS of the application form (even when attaching extra papers) in English. Applicants will not be penalised for linguistic errors but should endeavour to ensure the meaning is clear. Return the completed application form to the HSCP office with the necessary supporting information. Applications should be sent by post with all supporting documents. In addition, if possible copies should also be sent by email. When the application is received at the HSCP office, an acknowledgement will be sent to you that gives you the reference number by which your project should be identified in all future communication. If you do not receive this within two weeks, please call to ensure we have received your application. Completed applications will are first assessed by the Scheme Management team (SMT) at HSCP office. The CKH office will process the eligible applications and make recommendations to the HSCP Advisory Board. Award decisions are made at the Advisory Board meeting, by representatives of DFID, expert Technical Advisors and the SMT team. The Advisory Board�s decisions are final and are not open to negotiation or lobbying. The dates of meetings are shown on the website, alongside the relevant application deadline.
