One example of our work is the management of the DFID supported Strengthening the AIDS Response, Zambia (STARZ) Programme (2004-2009) which supports multi-sectoral responses to HIV and AIDS through collaboration with the National AIDS Council (NAC), the public and private sectors and civil society. This programme supports the NAC through policy development, strategic planning; developing management and information systems and enhancing the response of civil society and private sector initiatives through capacity building and lesson learning. more
