HLSP is working in both the developed and developing world with a variety of clients and partners including governments, health authorities, multilateral and bilateral donors and private sector organisations. Our client focused services are tailored to reflect the different needs of the countries we work in and we offer a variety of short, mid and long term technical assistance and project management. HLSP has earned a reputation for delivering to deadlines and providing added value drawing on the company's two decades experience of working in the health sector. HLSP provides its services through a core group of in-house experts and a sizeable database of tried and tested international and in-country consultants. We provide full quality assurance of our consultants and constantly seek to provide consultants who are leaders in their respective professional disciplines. HLSP has considerable experience working in aid management across the development sector, including aid instruments such as budget support and sector wide approaches. HLSP has the capacity to act as a management agency for development partners, for example in managing contracts on their behalf, disbursing grants to civil society organisations and assisting governments in monitoring budget support in a variety of settings.
